I think i was banned for shooting my gun while restrained

Why should we unban you ?
Because I did not know that I was restrained. I spoke to a member of staff on Team Speak and they said it was a bug in the game that caused me to shoot when I was meant to be restrained. I'll be more cautious when I'm restrained to make sure it doesn't happen again.

That's a shame, because I believe there is no such thing as a bug that will force you to shoot your gun while restrained.

There is only a bug that momuntarily takes the handcuffs off of you

 
It didn't force me to shoot, I just didn't get the animation of my hands going behind my back, so I was under the illusion that I wasn't restrained.

 
It is a very common glitch.

Even if that glitch occurs you still hear the sound the game makes if you get restrained, alongside the message you have been restrained in the chat. You should have paid more attention.

How will you avoid these kind of situations in the future?

 
I will turn my volume up so i can hear the sound that is made when you are being restrained. Also I'll be cautious when I am role playing with police and when in a gun fight I will be more wary so I don't make this mistake again.
