The same thing I was banned for before. Pretty awful, I know.
I saw an ARAC man with a truck with a hatchback sport on the back, and I fancied it. I tell him this, and ask him to place his hands up, don't make me turn you into swiss cheese, if you drive off say bye-bye to your tires etc. He drives off and I shoot at his tires. No issues so far, turns into a car chase where ARAC man tries to ram me, I ram him, he blows up (was not my intention!) and I'm talking to the ARAC man on the ground, 'that was silly of you mate, don't worry I'll get the medics' as I never wanted to murder an ARAC man. I should add that a hatchback sport was following us, and at this point parked up next to ARAC man's body. I assume they're there as backup for ARAC man and are about to kill me, so I give a 'token' initiation of 'get out of the car with your hands up or I'll turn you into swiss cheese', granted this was a pretty atrocious initiation but I meant it sort of as a reminder rather than as a true start of roleplay since that had begun before. However, this must not have been the case, and in fact my own gang member was in the car with no GPS! I was later teleported by DaanV, who patiently explained to me the rules - I think he genuinely wanted not to ban me, but since I'd been banned for the same thing before he felt it necessary, and I don't blame him.
Why should we unban you ?
This section is harder - I was banned for RDM before around six months ago, and there said it wouldn't happen again. I've matured since then, and I think in general the quality of my roleplay has been far better, with roleplay AR weapons caches, offering cash to hobos to start their weed enterprises, and hiring four hobos to form an apple picking company to prestige. I've played as a journalist interviewing people and as a private detective uncovering the mystery of a stolen offroad. In hostile situations too I think I've improved, with kidnapping a nice policeman and forcing him to come to my tea party against his will, cultimating in a two hour court case with four lawyers arguing I had split personality disorder and had to be sent to a mental hospital.
Ultimately the other roleplay experiences I've had or created don't affect this situation, in which my roleplay was poor, and I apologise both to the ARAC man and to the hobo I killed afterwards if their experience on the server was made lesser as a result. I can't claim innocence on this count, and I understand if this is once too many. I can only leave it to staff to see that there is more I can offer to this community, and that my continual improvement is something that'd be a good thing rather than a burden.
