from what i was told, and managed to hear, i was reported for breaking NLR, the Admin dealing with this was trying to explain, however the airport is a busy and noisy place, which i couldn't hear everything she was saying, anyway she was explaining all this while i was bleeding out, i re-spawned at the airport, the location i died, however did not interact with anything or anyone, (i have 0 RP experience so didn't 100% understand the rules) the i was simply getting my helicopter (which was in my garage) to go meet in game friends elsewhere. which i don't believe is breaking nlr, if indeed i was breaking NLR, i do not see how given the option it was at a spawn point on the map. overall I believe this would all have been dealt with quick and easy if the admin dealing with the "report" had taken me elsewhere to talk to, as i only got half the story, and missed most of what the admin was advising me before disappearing. the false report, along with the public winding me up, (all breaking rp..), got my really tilted leading me to say things i regret.

Why should we unban you ?
while i didn't break NRL for the original report, and do see why i had apparently broke the NRL right in front of the Admin, i didn't see why i would be in breach of this rule by re-spawning just to get my helicopter. i didn't interact with anyone, and i didn't go to the area where i had just died, therefor wasn't interacting or following the previous life. I also want to take the moment to apologise to the staff dealing with this as i got wound up with the numerous people interfering, and said things i regret. I did apologise after i was isolated and actually got the speak 1 to 1 with the staff

to begin with no, I didn't read all the rules, but i did skim read them, since getting banned i have read them to get a better understanding of the NLR, i'm now aware that you can't enter withing 1000m of the location i died, where as i originally didn't think this would apply as i died in the spawn area.

Its just rule breach after rule breach... look at your notes already!

I think you need to take a few days out and fully read the rules and make sure you understand every single one because if you come back then there wont be any further appeals, you have already had far to many chances.

In that video i can see the guys saying hands up.... Yes shit thing to say to start with but whats even worse is from you and the people you was with there is no roleplay whatsoever, you haven't questioned them, you haven't had a discussion you have just all started firing.

What exactly do you think this server is about ?

Thanks for getting back to me @Wilco , but are you sure this is my case? i have only ever been spoke to by 1 admin. and i don't beleive i was involved in any of the above incidents

No its not... and thats what happens once in a blue moon when you have so many windows open dealing with so many appeals!
