I believe I was banned for shooting in a blue zone which is against the rules.

Why should we unban you.
I have occasional FPS drops, this was one of those occasions, the police officer gave me sufficient time but my FPS was still low and I couldn't respond so I started clicking my mouse and apparently it started shooting, I am well aware of the rules and I won't be foolish enough to break them like this. The police officer confirmed that I was spinning which further proves that my FPS was in fact low and that I couldn't properly respond.
