I was banned because i attempted to kill someone without initiating on him.

Why should we unban you ?
I should get unbanned because i have learned from my mistake i was a noob and I was scared in this situation and i know it was wrong from me to open fire on a person without initiating on him. I have learned from my mistake and will never do it again. moreover, i read the rules thoroughly and will never do this childish thing again.

What is to stop you being scared again in future and ending up here again? What would you do differently is this is the case

 
what i mean was that at that time i wasn't used to these scenarios but now i know and have learned from my mistake and what is going to keep me from returning here is that i have known what i did wrong and i have more experience in this field which is roleplay and i have learned that i should act like i am in a real life situation and not just go and straight up shoot a person. moreover people learn from their mistakes and i have learned from my experiences and will NEVER do this again. if i was in this situation i should have either surrendered if they were more than me or negotiate with him to come out without a weapon or lethal force will be taken as initiation.
