In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe this ban occurred due to the actions of my accomplice, "Kieren" during the attempted robbery of the individual who submitted a report against us at Weed processing. Kieren attempted to RDM the individual, meaning role-play had not been initiated and rule 2.2 had been broken.

Why should we unban you ?
Whilst present when this attempted RDM occurred, I myself did not begin firing at the individual until he was in a position to engage us. In the video uploaded of the incident (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXhHnhsmyc4&amp;feature=youtu.be) I can be heard at 4:28 demanding for him to get on the floor, as it was my intention to initiate role-play and rob him without murdering him. I had not communicated for him to be shot, however it is difficult to hear my demand over the gunfire from Kieren's weapon, so I understand why a report was filed against me. I enjoy playing in this community and was able to continue playing for a while after this incident, as leader of my corporation, Misfit Military Company. Hopefully this matter can be resolved quickly so I can return to the community.

[SIZE=medium](2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) Punishment is a ban.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]My Explanation - I believe first and foremost that I did not engage in the RDM, this was started by another player, "Kieren". As said, this was not supported by myself, as I can be heard attempting to RP in the background of the video that was posted in evidence against us (see timestamp in main appeal). Random Deathmatch is engaging someone without warning. I for one always attempt to engage in RP and I condone Kieren's actions, as he showed ignorance by simply attempting to shoot the victim instead of ordering him to drop his weapon, as I did. [/SIZE]

Perhaps not let my friend be moronic. Once again I attempted to RP. Ultimately there is no evidence, but I did tell him (Kieren) to stop shooting, hence why the 'victim' was able to kill us due to a pause in fire. Again, I personally have done nothing wrong.

Good Roleplay would be what I was trying to do, once again, as it says in the video. I asked him to get on the ground, with no intention of killing him.
