I was banned for rdm whilst initiating in a active gunfight

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because whilst in a active gunfight a person decided to help his friend whilst he was downed and I initiated on the man and didn't give him enough time to comply. I completely take full responsibility for my actions and knowing that my initiation could of been better [SHOULD] The reason for my rushed initiation was I was in a gunfight in athira and a man comes with a stretcher and started to take his friend https://streamable.com/gh0i4 here is my initiation, I am very annoyed with myself and hope the admins will bare in mind my perspective I was in a gunfight for 20 mins and was being shot from multiple directions as a man in a hatchback sports pulls up and starts to take the man these people were in athira robbing everyone so when I killed most of them I didn't want any of them to be revived so I initiated on the man, obviously I didn't give the person enough time to comply.
Why should we unban you ?
I feel I should be unbanned because I have been on the server for quite a while now and love to play here its the only RP server I have played and would wish to keep doing so for years to come. I made a big mistake in that initiation and wish it could of been sorted in TS instead of a report but here we are. I Would love to be unbanned and join the community again.
