After a indecent of vdm and after trying to explain to the 3 other players its against the rules and they continued to think that it was okay, continuously running me over to the point i thought i would die and loose all my gear and not being able to record at the time starting " Verbally abusing" the 3 other players.

Why should we unban you ?
After having a good long chat with @TikTak about the incident and why i was banned in the first place, talking about better ways to deal with the situation ect, i believe i know how to deal with this situation in the future if it was to happen again. The abuse was out of fear that i would loose my my gear and couldn't get it comp'd i didn't start with the abuse until the players had me trapped by continuously being run over by the vdm'ers before the abuse i did try to tell them that you cannot do that and was explaining the vdm rule, but when it got to the point where i could loose gear that i work hard to get it got heated, now i know how to approach these situations in the future it will not happen again.

Sorry that’s my bad, I understood it as a example.

swearing  out of roleplay is not acceptable, you can’t just go into ooc or teamspeak and swear at people or abuse them.

 
I can appreciate you saying you're sorry and I believe you're. I was about to unban you when I remembered about this appeal.



You got banned just over a month ago. Both rules are fairly different but are also fairly similar, they are not hard to follow you just need to have abit of common sense.

Two bans in just over a month is pretty impressive, especially regarding rules what do not take alot of effort to follow.

I can only assume when you insulted the player you where annoyed and ran your mouth a little to much. I don't expect you would not normally act like that. However two bans in such a short amount of time I can not justify unbanning you again so soon.

I Invite you to re appeal in three months from the date the ban was issued and not anytime before.   (You can appeal VIA The regular unban form not the perm)

EDIT: After having a good night rest and thinking about this ban appeal a little more and talking to other members of staff, I don't agree with my own response I issued last night. You have had two bans in a short amount of time the first ban I completely agree with. The second ban you did break a rule however I believe  your intent was not malicious and to be honest what you said was not really that bad . You just ran you mouth a little in anger. 

Unbanned final chance.
