In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I was being robbed, by a person that turned out to be an admin, and while I had my hands up in the air, my two friends flanked him and killed him in order to defend me. I was immediately called for rdm, which it isn't since it was self defense and the mods in TeamSpeak told me that it wasn't, i had given to zara and hes friends all the options and information necessary to remove the guns from my friends and i even said that they where with me... After being accused, I replied "you needed to be so faggy?", and, therefore, got banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned since, as I am Portuguese, i did not fully understand the meaning of the word "faggy", to which I did not know it was referenced to homosexuality. I am NOT Homofobic and i didn´t ment to say what was said by the admin´s friend.

I thought I was saying "stupid" when I said "faggy", which I truly regret doing. Also, I really enjoyed the time I played on the server with my friends and I always followed the rules, to which, I think I should be given a second chance to redeem myself.

Treats(if i see you next to your body i will report you)/offensive in chat.(faggy) like i said im sorry for what i did and it will not happen again.  

(1.4) Any threat to any person, or the community, will not be tolerated and a permanent ban will be issued. Depending on the context of the threat we will fully assist the UK police with their enquires.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

This rule has a different meaning, this only applies to people that literally threaten a community member in real life.

The other ones are correct however.

Are you ready to follow all of our rules from now on?
