Umm i can`t click on certain things

When i try to click on certain things in google chrome it just says: Uh-oh, something went wrong! Error Code: 404. PLS help

It happens on all the browsers. I am trying to access NHS application.

Yeah that works thank you. But one more question if i have applied and they said no how do i apply again? If i click the apply thing it just comes up with my old one.
