Ultra settings and shadow play!

To avoid any bad behavior and to properly report someone/defend myself i have decided to download and install Shadow Play, i play the game on Ultra settings with SOLID 60 FPS! will shadow play affect the performance ? any previous testers could answer?

Shadowplay barely touches performance but be aware that it reads and writes from your disk a lot and will wear out your disks more over long periods of time.

I suggest that if you have an SSD, you should save shadowplay to a seperate HDD but other than that it works well and I haven't noticed any performance hit.
