Time & Date this happened: 4:45

Which Server did this happen on: 1

Description of what happened: We were on our way to do a bank job , the car ahead of me , said that a ifrit was  driving straight at them and almost hit them and moved at the last second than, the ifrit came straight at us , driving on our side of the road , hit us head on.

What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes , i asked them 3-5 times to get on teamspeak , said no , it was desync , its not desync when they are driving recklessly around...

Here is a video that happened just seconds before this. It clearly shows there was no desync, they were just playing chicken with any vehicle that got in their way.

I would also like to say, that when we tried to at least save the weapons other UGN members made us move away, so they lost nothing as they were probably revived later.


 
Tom Martin, i explained to you many times there that i had desync'd and the next thing i was dead including all of my gang members in my vehicle. I already told you we lost shit loads of money from the collision, it killed 3 of us and cost us all our gear, weapons, money, Ifrit, let alone wasted a lot of time rebuying gear. I was driving on that side of the road so as not to desync into the back of the vehicle i was following, yes we were driving fast but thats against police law and not server rules. People have desync into many vehicles theyre following when the servers at full capacity.

I was not going to come to teamspeak because you demanded my presence. "teamspeak now" is not a command i'll listen to. Ask with some manners, "Panda can you come to teamspeak to talk about this as it looks like VDM?" then yes i would have come to chat. You kept messaging me telling me it was not desync, and i told you, you speak for yourself, you cannot speak from my side. You never asked for compensation so the only reason to go to your teamspeak would be to argue and bicker which im not interested in.

As for that second video posted by someone not reported in this thread, you'll see the first ifrit is over the otherside of the road not even on the same side as you so to claim we're playing chicken is ridiculous, you also see my ifrit the 2nd one swerves out the way to avoid you. If you want to make your own complaint then follow forum rules and create your own thread. Thanks.

As it is EVIDENCE to back up Toms claim a new thread is really not necessary. And you kept refusing to solve this in any civil manner, you just said "Desync get over it LOL". And the report is on you playing chicken, not the other ifrit.

Your unwillingness to resolve this in any way is whats making me back Tom up here. And to say you lost your weapons is a lie, you took the weapons from both Tom and Polski, aswell as probably your own. I have video of this aswell.

Please elaborate on how you think your video is evidence backing up Tom's claim when Tom already has his own video showing what happened and your video is for a... "non-collision" ??

So i'm dead, and whilst dead i take weapons from Tom and Polski... and probably my own.... whilst I'm dead.... I guess i must of dreamt respawning to my house at the black market to rebuy all my gear, cos you've got it all figured out correctly........ :-

And you say my unwillingness to resolve in anyway... Tom didnt even ask for compensation, all he wanted was to tell me how on my computer there was no desync even though hes where, America?

Im thinking your gangmembers gave you the weapons after either respawning or having been revived. This report is on you purposefully driving recklessly into Tom, and my video shows that you did this at atleast one other occassion.

Now its time for me to bow out, all my evidence is presented. This is between you, Tom and the admin team now.

Your attitude confirms the exact reason I didnt want to go to your teamspeak, because all you want to do is tell my side of the story for me. You have the ordacity to tell me what my intentions were without even asking me. All you do is assume and make your own conclusions without even asking the other side for their view. I suggest if you actually want to resolve something in future that you listen to what the other party has to say.

Cant resist making this last post: I wouldn't have to assume if you'd actually come to TS and spoken to Tom. Now assumptions is all I have.

Well if Tom would have stopped telling me what happened on my own computer then maybe i would have felt a discussion would have taken place rather than a bickerfest. This thread is evident enough that my thoughts we correct. We had a number of private phone messages going back and forth argueing.

Report A Player Rules

1. Reports are not up for discussion, Anyone posting in a report who is not the reporter or the person they have reported then your post will be deleted and a warning point given (Restricts you posting for 7 days)

I will clarify this again for Tom and the Admins as this thread has turned into a complete joke by UGN hating people who seek nothing more than to bitch and cause arguments.

I was driving fast on the wrong size of the road to avoid desyncing into the back of my friends vehicle as this has happened many times in the past when the server is at full capacity. I saw the oncoming vehicle and tried to swerve out of the way but next thing I know its desyncd and weve exploded all been killed. I notice from Toms video it shows me hitting the rear of his truck, but for me I was in front of him and the collision happened at the front of his truck, not that it overly matters but its worth mentioning anyway.

I agree I was driving on the wrong side of the road and had I of been on the correct side the collision would not have happened. In any event the collision is unfortunante but certainly not intentional. I would have been open to give compensation however this was never asked for and what seemed to be the priorty from the other side was creating a huge bickerfest and argument going round in circles to no avail.

Panda I understand your frustrations however as you can appreciate the tone you have been taking with both the people reporting and one of our admins does not show you in a good light. Please try to respond in a more constructive manner.

I have cleaned the thread as much as possible and issued a warning. I also left brats evidence in as it is relevent to the situation.

I cannot make a decision on this as I am currently at work however I will leave it open for now.

Ok thanks, and I appreciate what you're saying. Sorry for my tone being out of line.

For me it was just frustrating to see all the anti-UGN people posting irrelevant crap, and then an admin to post but not actually sort the bitchfest that was going on.

Don't you think if the person in front was desyncing , that you should of being driving in the front and not on the wrong side of the road. As i ask again , if it was desync you should have proof of your own showing that..

I didnt say the person in front was desyncing. I said I was not driving in the path of the vehicle in front because when desync happens I would slam in to the back of him. This has happened many times before and its why we try to not drive in the same paths.
I dont have any recordings as I was playing CSGO before Amra3 with shadowplay off and forgot to turn it on for Arma. Using recording software isnt mandatory on the server, although its obviously a good safeguard for incidents like this.

If you want comp for whatever you lost then I can do that, but if you think I deliberately VDMd you and deliberately killed all my teammates in my vehicle losing all our guille suits etc and wasting our time re-equipping then you're mistaken.

I obviously know VDM is against the rules so why would I do it? I would gain nothing apart from a ban report and pissed off teammates.
