Description of what happened:My gang mate Myc was being held up near the air refueling station, I was putting away my huron at the airport garage. Myc shot one of the UGN guys before being killed, I asked what was going on to Myc on ts, as my chopper disappeared into the garage I laid down with a weapon out and was immediately shot. I was a good 100m from where Myc died, I had not fired a shot, they had no idea who I even was and they just killed me without any sort of RP.

Talk about trying to deceive the admins! Now post the uncropped screenshot that shows my next sentence that explained to you why you were killed. :) Thanks!

 
I have posted the evidence I have, it's up to you to post anything you may have in your defense.

Wrong. You have merely posted a couple of screenshots with a body on the floor. 

Its very bad of you to crop that screenshot and exclude the following sentence that explained to you why you were killed.

I wont entertain this hash of a report, it is evidently clear your cropped screenshot and selective information is an attempt to deceive the admins. It was explained to you in side chat why you were killed, however you choose to exclude this from your report, this can only been seen as deceptive.

Then why did you not post a screenshot of the sentence that followed? It was explained to you, but you choose to withhold this information, this can only be seen as deceptive and intentionally misleading.

 
And I've asked, why don't you explain why I was killed. I have no screenshot of anything said after these events.

He also killed me while I was in NPAS and ran away from him, asked why and later on he answered me with this:

admitting that he rdm'd me and other guys if you check the logs.

One of our UGN guys was shot and killed, only a few seconds later and merely 100m away across the flat tarmac of the airfield, you store your chopper and then go prone into the sniper position with your rifle pointed straight at us. I naturally considered you an immediate threat so I shot and killed you. 

If you dont want to be in the firefight just holster your weapon and run away, laying down with your gun aimed straight at us can only been seen as hostile. I hope you understand this now.

Asking a question is not an admittance of anything. If you have a complaint then i look forward to answering you in your own thread. :)

 
I had not fired, you had not initiated RP with me, and I was far enough away for you to have idea who I was, or if I was any sort of threat. Just because someone had been killed does not make the area surrounding the death a red zone where you can shoot anyone without any RP.

Ofcourse it doesnt make it a red zone, but you need to understand how your actions can be seen as hostile. You know one of our UGN members was just killed a few seconds ago as you witnessed it and it was your mate on teamspeak who killed us. By going prone in a sniper position with your rifle aimed at us, what you think this says, you want a chat, or you also want to shoot us? If you dont want to be involved in a firefight just holster your weapon and run away.

 
Hostile or not, gun pointed at you or not, you had no idea of my intent, or if I even had any connection to the people fighting, I was just someone who had put their chopper away a good 100 meters from the fight. Who I am with on Teamspeak is not information that can be used to justify shooting someone in game, as it's not information you should have in game. Had you made the effort to RP the situation, as you should have to, you may have had the information required to kill me knowing I was connected to Mycaelis by my gang insignia. 

As it stands you killed with virtually no information, and no RP. If this isn't RDM, then it certainly is piss poor play.

Again youre overlooking your own actions, you also seem to think that 100m is a massive distance, 100m is nothing, and you were on the flat tarmac of the airfield with a clear line of sight. I've explained many times already that going prone into a sniper position with your rifle aimed as us is obviously going to be perceived as hostile, especially when considering this was merely a couple of seconds after our UGN member was shot and killed. So quite simply if you dont want to be in the firefight, just run away, certainly dont go prone and assume the sniper position with your rifle aimed at us.

The report rejected area is filled with rejected reports with similar situations like this. To save us going round in cicrles I'll leave this thread for the admins to review now. Cheers.
