Description of what happened:Was on Patrol with RonkEnSkunk as normal then we came up to a hold up we stopped the SUV and thy said to put your hands up and we complied with them they said that they are going to kill us so I said we can get someone down to be a  negotiator.
 
They asked us to drop spike strips and so I RP and said that I have no strips on me and thy are in the car. The said you are lying and killed me.    
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No I didn't feel like it wad resolve anything as people do stuff like this all the time. I do also know that I would probably be better if I had tried to.

Well its easy to see that youre a bit hurt from being robbed for spike strips, but in future I suggest you actually comply with a person whos holding a gun to your head.

We know you normally carry them on you as when cops die the spike strips drop on the floor, but you lied and said spike strips dont fit on you and only in the car, we went along with your lie for sake of RP (in real life they wouldn't just fit in your pockets and would be in the car, but in the game they do in fact fit on your person). You then change your story and say youll get someone to bring spike strips down to us, so obviously you lied about them being in the car.

For what its worth the officer next to you did a far far better job of handling the situation than you did. He managed to negotiate a trade of some spike strips for the 3 police vehicles we had in our posession. He did also, much to our dismay lead us right into a police road block ambush, so he did an excellent job and it was thoroughly enjoyed.

Its really pathetic that you want to get me banned when your lies is what got you killed. I suggest you spend more time observing your colleague as he did a top job, told the truth and left with his life.

Nope that is incorrect. He was not a hostage. He was never handcuffed or ziptied, and we never said "we're taking you hostage". He was coming with us to get the spike strips and was going to exchange the spike strips for the 3 police vehicles we had in our possession.
5 spike strips for 3 stolen SUVs was a good trade for both parties

Youre taking us off topic here, the topic of this report is alleged RDM. If you have a separate complaint you are to create your own thread. At current you are posting in a report where you are neither the reporter or the reported. If you create your own report, ill address your separate hostage concerns.

For info: it is not a requirement to use the Aluk teamspeak, so your attempt to portray UGN in a bad light for not using it is without merit. I expect to be contacted via the forum. I'm sorry but the fact that you persist to say that I have spike strips on my person is against RP you can clearly see that I don't have a backpack or anything that is big enough to store spike strips on my person so I used RP to say that they was in the car and you just killed me for no reason. You have no regrets of what you have done and will most probably get away with it... anyway you seriously need to learn to rp properly or i suggest that you find somewhere else to go.

Like i said, i went along with your RP and was accepting that you had the spike strips in your car.

You could have just said, "sorry we dont have any spike strips neither on us or in the vehicle". The fact that you told us the spike strips were in the vehicle, and then without even checking the vehicle you changed the story to, you need to get spike strips delivered. It was clear you were trying to deceive us.

If you valued your life you could have discussed the situation like your colleage did, instead you choose to lie to the armed men who had a gun to your head. Lieing to armed and highly dangerous men is not likely to end well. I hope you understand that we killed you for trying to deceive us, not because we simply wanted your blood.

The whole thing started bad with my pcso getting killed. But i tried to keep up the rp and go with it. 

I have to say that it was I who said we had to go to the highway patrol to get spikestrips. I traded that fact for 1 car and was going to get the 2 rest after they got the strips. So in this matther it was my fault and not theirs that i was in the car! So im am sorry for that.

HOWEVER,

#RPEverything...

in-game, our characters have an inventory that is used to store cones, strips, barriers, whatever..... it's also unrealistic, so the officer in question did some good RP, he needed to take his hands down to give them to you, he had to RP they were in the car.. unfortunately, your guy didn't have the patience for roleplay, said they were not in the car, you wanted your bits, and killed him to get them instead.... this is bad roleplay.

I know you're in a rush, I know you're expecting an army of police to show up to save the day, however it's no excuse to kill a guy to get his loot....
