Description of what happened: I had travelled to the VIP Location from Kavala. Upon arrival a young man ran around the front of my off-road, once I had exited the off-road the young man (UGN-Jordan) informed me that I was being subjected to a robbery. Having advance knowledge of both my inventory and currant cash balance I would have been more than to comply seeing as both were Zero. However before even completing his sentence he darted off and I watched in sheer amazement as he ran around the VIP area with no purposeful objective brushing off what ever I had to say. After several seconds to ensure he had vacated the area I begun completing my transactions with the VIP Shop keeper including buying a gun. Upon completing several transactions our guest returns and informs me "hands up I would like your gun", at this point I assume the robbery he earlier mentioned was now taking place. Without giving him another opportunity I opened fire killing him. His spontaneity demanded I take action, he was clearly unstable and extremely unpredictable which was later explained to a police officer who reduced my bounty to £10k (thanks I guess)..
 
 
I can supply upon request of an administrator the short replay clip both leading up to and the actual shooting. However I think the photos speak for themselves. I have placed both screenshots in one photo, I have ensured the Video timer is clearly shown and the name UGN - Jordan shows both his death and subsequent disconnection 2 seconds later. 
 
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No I did not

First off all, i have to admit i did say that. But not at one point did i want to rob you as i was bored and waiting for a gang member to turn up. and i already had weaponry better than yours. 

when i come back i said i like like the gun and said it again as i was bored and wanted to see your reaction. 

But you then killed me in a 'GREEN ZONE', because what you done was against the rules i combat logged to save my gear seeing as what you done was against the rules. 

I admit i said it, but the only thing that would break the rules would be if i done it. I was in team speak and you did not attempt to resolve it with me or asked why i done it.

I admit i said it, but the only thing that would break the rules would be if i done it. I was in team speak and you did not attempt to resolve it with me or asked why i done it. 

At no point did i break any rules. If an admin would like to talk to me on team speak about the situation and am open to speak, i would also like to get steven in the teamspeak too if possible as im sure this issue can be resolved.

For info: I asked Steven many times in side chat why he killed at the vip donator area and he ignored me. I also asked in side chat do you know you just killed in a green zone and will get banned for it, however he still ignored me. I then proceeded to warn the players on the server that theres a person killing at VIP area and that people should be careful there as the safe zone is not safe as Steven is killing people there.

BUT this is an official warning to:

1st: @  DON'T threaten people to get robbed in a Green Zone. Sorry but it's your own fault .. if you threaten someone you ask for a reaction. You should NOT do this in a Green Zone. Next time it will be a ban.

2nd: @steven2805 Eventho the RP was shit and Jordan should not have done it  DO NOT kill in Greenzones next time. If you do this again - for whatever reason - it will be a ban.
