Wouldn't use it for gaming, There is no response time listed on the samsung website, but from my experience with samsung TV's there is so much delay (even in game mode) it seriously throws out the audio sync.
Fine if your using it as a second screen though.
Otherwise Yeah its a 32" TV. Samsung have good screens all round, if your happy with the price buy it.
I cant really suggest much outside of advising on the individual merits of specifics you choose. I don't have a massive stock of tv's at home to compare I have a nice 50" LG on the wall at home and I am happy with it (I don't care about response times due to non latency based usage and didn't want smart features at all, just basically a big screen monitor ).
So i was able to narrow down quickly what I wanted.
as stated above by bloodfox, you need to make a list of exactly what you want, then you can go off that list and at least cover the technical aspects and then you can sort price / aesthetics.
