Description of what happened: He VDM's, I restrained him and gave him a ticket, he DC'd.
What Rule Was Broken ?: DC to avoid RP, and VDM but I got not proof of that unfortunately.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he was not to be found anywhere.
