Twitch Applications

Evening,

I was wondering if someone could help me, at the bottom of the website there is the link for Twitch applications, having clicked that it takes me to a page with various different forms for us to fill in, however the Twitch application one isn't there. Is this a bug or is this an indication that applications are currently not being looked at?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
