Description of what happened:
Spawned my zamak transport (covered) at Kavala garage, Unlocked the vehicle to jump in when Tung Chan stole the vehicle then he "got robbed" resulting in my vehicle being chop shopped.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Robbing = You are not allowed to rob a person who is inside the greenzone, these are considered safe heavens for players to meet and have friendly meets/chats
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, he explained the he couldn't afford to comp me, and wasn't willing to try.

Screenshot's aren't very good, He admitting to stealing the truck in side chat several time ( I didn't get a screenshot)
However PC Hank told me to mention his name as a Witness to the event.
