[TSS] Gen. Simen : 3A-2D-3B

Description of what happened: So, I have seen a Sports hatchback seen evading a Police-hatchback and the sports hatchback crashed at the prison-wall. I run towards the cars to see what's going on and a nice SUV stops at the scene. I thought by myself what a nice car. Time for me to have one, so I opened RP by telling "Howdy mate" (possible due to server lagging he VDM'ed me but I think not intentionally, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt for that one (3A) VDM)). So I raised my pistol telling him to get out of the car.  He then broke RP and didn't value his life by trying to drive away. I had no other option then to open fire on his tiers (as you can see on the video, I didn't aim at his head). 

Suddenly a guy in a red Sports hatchback, VDM'ed me intentionally (as you can see in the video). Why did he turn around? I have reason to believe it was a [TSS] gang member. Later identified by a near [bG] member (fresh spawn) as a [TSS] member (he also disconnected when restrained by police having my Mx SW tan version in his hand, witch he took when I was lying dead on the ground.) 

Thanks to the anti-VDM script, I didn't die by the car but I had "0%" chance of survival because after the 18th second in the video, he stepped out and abused the fact that I was VDM'ed. At 00:21 my NHS was at 0%. So, for me this would be classed as a violation of RULE 2D ( using the anti-VDM script in his advantage, equals exploiting in mho). He had totally no interests in doing proper RP and just wanted to shoot me "point-blank". When I was recovering from the VDM he could have talked to me and open a proper RP as expected in this community. That he didn't. Therefor I'm pulling him for 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play.

What Rule Was Broken ?:

3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match (I let admin decide to drop this, if so OK for me) 

2D) Using known exploits (used the anti-VDM script in his behalf)

3B) RDM - Random Death Match

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, because [TSS] Gen. Simen told my higer-up that "when I opened fire he(TSS) was hiding behind his car and waited untill I got back up after VDM. I will not say anything further because the video says that was not the story.

    Ahh, yes VDM. Since when is it the drivers fault when the "victim" runs into the side of a slow moving car.

I stepped out because I was done warning TSS about a possible threat outside        of Athira Prison.. And yes this may be the only rule I broke as I clearly didnt RDM or VDM. But take a moment to think about this, are you gonna wait for him to get up, and then shoot?

I have have showed piss poor roleplay with you, no arguements there. But I did not RDM as you already started shooting my vehicle...

I would also like to add, the server was having SHIT desync, and I heard five words and thats it "get out of the car" not only that, but you were lying motionless the complete time after you were VDMed. For example when you were shooting me in yer video, I didnt hear shots, didnt see a single movement from you, I was waiting for you to get up, so I could knock you out and ziptie you. As you were a threat to my life!

Unforunately I do not have any recording from my point of view, since my shadowplay stopped working and my whole computer froze 4minutes afterwards.

I have no plan on placing any further comments, unless told by an Admin, Mentor or Forum Moderator.

If you want, you can report me or come speak to me in teamspeak, but dont post on anyone else reports with no evidence or any part of this. And before you reply saying "I did come on teamspeak but I got screamed at" You got screamed at because one of the three of you who came to sort out a "RDM" called my gang shit.

With all due respect, you should not be posting here so i have reported your post to the forum moderators (@Edgar Ville @Khandamir/Paul Montana), in regards to your claims, [TSS] Gen. Simen did wrong in not saying a word, but waiting until i was run over and laying down before he got out of the vehicle and emptied his clip into me, he did not anticipate that the vdm script would stop me from dying the way it did when it went to zero. (on my health bar as shown in the video) He used the vdm as an exploted advantage to attempt to kill me.

I want to at the following to clarify the story towards the admins:

1. As I told in the report i'm willing to drop the 3A charge but that's open for the admins.

2. No, I would not because I would value my life and it's not that you can speed up within 2 sec at 100 km/hr.3. If you really had the intention of driving of, then why did you slow down as soon as I started to shoot. Was it because you knew a fellow member was inbound?

4. I have changed the name from Grillzey to a member there you made a fair point. But my report was not because of that player. And as you can see I didn't report him and have no intention doing so.

5. So you didn't interacted with me however rule 3D) Microphone only servers clearly states that you should be active (on these #1 and #2 servers). If you prefer speaking clan based instead of RP then this is not the community for you, mate.

Where you can clearly see, also in the video that the guy, didn't stepped out, but came back when, I supposed you told him to come back, because I was not dead. Strangely however he drives back and waits untill i died. Again you didn't engage roleplay with him (by for exemple telling him to go away) No, [TSS] Gen. Simen let's him even take my +200k rifle. Therefor I have many reasons to believe that [TSS] Gen. Simen gave to command for the intentional VDM, so he could have the benefit by killing me easy..

And since you are telling to be a community player, you should know that everything needs to be backed up whit video evidence but for some coincidence reason (easy these days with the server DC'ing) you haven't... Shurely one of your guys must have a video recorded since there where more than 2 [TSS] players online, why didn't you asked that in your defence?

I will leave this further up to the admins, As I accept there decission.

You know .. as an Admin I always like if people post something constructive to the case .. speaking of people explaining similar scenarios and maybe even evidence of the person reported/reporting doing wrong .. always helpful for final decisions.

In other words: If someone says something that is A.) Clearing a situation B.) Gives me evidence then I do NOT WANT people to cry about it and I also DO NOT WANT those people to get in trouble for it. Thank you very much.

(Can't believe I have to even mention this. Should be common sense.)

Also I am not wasting my time to discuss about wether you should drive or get out of the car while being attacked/threatened.

If you report ALL I AM INTERESTED IN IS CLEAR RULE BREAKING.
