So as you can see my application was denied from using the teamspeak server. So if somebody wishes to resolve something in game what am i supposed to do?

Eeh.. Don't get into situations? There is not really a way of resolving without teamspeak.

Play safer in-game.

Use the in-game mobile messaging system to attempt to resolve as best you can. Obviously some people will not appreciate that you cannot discuss it with them on teamspeak (not their problem in the slightest) so ensure you have evidence of the situation to prove innocence incase you get reported.

i sort of agree with King on this, team speak is the easiest way to discuss a situation with someone, as you are speaking to one another, you could try Skype of Discord but TS is the main thing people use on the server, and yes you could use text but it is not as convenient as TS , as you are texting if your English is not any good it may be hard to explain your side of the story. (but yes always keep evidence)
