TS VPN Banned?

Ok, it's a bit of a weird situation but in essence: I have terrible wifi, so I tether my PC to my phones network as I have better connection that way. The issue with that, however, is that phone tethering forces me to be on a 'strict' NAT type (meaning I can't play with 90% of people, including my friends). To fix that, I spent the last 2-3 hours rooting my phone, and just doing some generally weird stuff on it to allow me to use a VPN on my phone and connect it to the PC. Sadly, when I try to connect to teamspeak it turns out the IP I am using on the VPN is banned from teamspeak with this message: "You are banned permanently. Reason: "attitude Appeal at Altislife.co.uk - bobmarley"". I am using "Hotspot Shield" On the United Kingdom connection on the app (Android). Would it be possible to get this unbanned? Are VPN's even allowed on Teamspeak?

You were banned for your attitude on teamspeak by support member "bobmarley" from the ban message. 1 of 2 things are happening here. Either:

1) You are not being quite honest with us and were banned for a legitimate reason (I'm actually doubting this since you are a medic and wouldn't be able to bluff lying to us and I would see your name in logs)

2) You have somehow been assigned someone else's IP who is banned and this has carried over to you.

In both cases this ban would not be lifted without you going through the formal unban process. There is no specific rule against using a VPN on our teamspeak as long as you aren't using it as a tool to attempt to bypass a ban.
