Ts unbann not worked.

Hi guys, not sure if where to put this post and didn't want to open a new ban appeal topic, i was just unbanned from the TS however it hasnt worked, it still says im banned, so i think ive either given the wrong ip or wrong TS id. i have no idea what the ts id is or where to find it, so i might have gotten the wrong thing. if this is the wrong place i will put it up in appeals. sorry again.
