TS Problems

Hello all I am not sure if this is the right place to put this so forgive me if it isn't. When ever I log into ts I cannot see anyone in there unless I join the specific room where as before I could see anyone who was on ts. I usually get this message 

(insufficient client permissions (failed on i_channel_join_power)) 

Now I am not sure if its something I need to do myself or should I go to the support channel and wait in there. As I don't want to waste any support staff's time if its something I can do myself. Ty for any and all replies.

First of all, let's make sure your settings are correct.
- Open TS Settings (Alt + P)
- Go to "Application"
- At the bottom, make sure "Channel Subscription Behaviour" is set to: "Subscribe to all channels"
- (A reconnect may be required)

Let me know if this fixes it.
