TS Issue!

Hey guys!​

I'm trying to join the TS for an interview from the Police Dept. but i a box stating that "I need to improve my identity security level" and i have no idea what it means, i ran the little thing that it issues you but it does nothing and still doesn't allow me to join the TS. I've restarted Teamspeak multiple times to no avail, Please help D:​

You just have to let it do its thing, might take 5-20 minutes, depending on your computer

If you press improve and type 28 it'll let you on once it's done.
