Trying to pick apples/peaches and fish

Hello i am trying to pick apple/peaches and fish some fish. Can someone explain to me how it works? I tried with the window key and with ctrl + c... doesnt work.

For fishing you need to stay still in the water and use the scrool wheel and press drop fishing net
