My friend is trying to get unbanned and he applied to get it lifted, but no confirmation email was sent to him. He tried 3 times and nothing happened. Is there so one that could help me with this thanks.

This seems to be happening quite a bit as I've come across quite a few people that have had this issue. For some people, logging into RPUK with steam works around the problem but not everyone.
@CI Joseph Tadworth@NeoSeems like quite a few people aren't receiving these suddenly since the domain move. Worth a look?
