My truck. Ive bought it 15 minutes or so before server restart

Quick description of what happened:

I had 20 proccesed heroine (10inventory 10 truck ) when my internet connection failed. I had no connection for 85 seconds or something and got disconnected. After server restart.. 0010 or so i joined.. my truck isnt in my garage and i cant retake it. Now i lost (for me as new player) a lot of money and a vehicle that made me poor haha

It did not appear in my garage. I lost it after server restart when i lost connection. Don have a video or something for proof.  Sorry

Did you disconnect and leave it in a public place where someone could take it and scrap it before the restart?

No not at all i was between airfield and the town where you can buy civ guns. Middle of nowhere on a highway to be honest. And i got disconnected by the server restart (didnt see the reboot message) so i lost connection.
