While GoKarts are illegal on Altis roads, I don't believe they're a bannable offence to drive around in Kavala.

I dont think its about him driving around on a Go-Kart they are illegal but not bannable, the reason for the report is you can clearly see him just running everyone over which is VDM and that is bannable.

I clearly see everyone walking in front of the moving go cart and getting hit. But that's just me, it's up to a admin.

It wasnt ment to run those people over, even tho I sure as god wanted to, cuz theese guys were all over me all the time, during nighttime I got robbed outside the ATM plenty of times by the same people. I'm not the bad guy here, just tryin' to play according fairness. Peace & Love

Not sure he was really intentionally hitting people, he's going so slow and at the end he's clearly just trying to not hit anyone in his attempt to leave.

To be honest, it looks like he's desyncing quite a bit....

watch the offroad....

He genuinely tried to stop but was surrounded by people he tried to leave the area, and hit a few people....
