In the reported situation I did not hear any the shout for me to stop the truck from my end (watching their footage they were very quiet and its no suprise I could not hear them over the zamak engine).
My truck got shot at and I thought "great another metagamer here to rdm" (which the civ side has far too many of) - and rdm had been rife so after I got knocked down when trying to pull money from a cashpoint I let my frustration to get the better of me.
I had played most days weeks since the incident, I am a mature player and I am now experienced on the server and know which non-mature young metagamers who sole purpose is to rob and kill and their want for creative fun RP is just minimal enough for them to get away with killing and robbing constantly which I find extremly boring and trite and to be the lowest common denominator of apparent "ROLEPLAY" on a roleplaying Server.
I personally like to try open minded RP as much as possible (sadly its the police who only do this too the full I find half the civs to be metagaming children, the medics are good to RP with but they dont get enough chances for it from the young players who just run from them, so as enjoyable as it can be to RP they do drag it out - can't blame them with the little they get but it feels you are talking to a man who hasnt been spoken to in years....which is a shame as the number of medics online had been almonst zero of late.
I should be given a chance as I am valuble player on the server with my main goal to have fun creative RP, I am a mature player and when I have come across what seems rule breaking against me I at first try to message the player and discuss the issue in an adult manner first and more often than not you do find it is a misunderstanding.
I am sorry that those number of weeks ago I let my frustration over the young metagamers get the better of me and broke RP, but I joined this server because of its statement of being an "adult community" and in my first 2 week I found it extremly frustrating with the civ side of ther server being full of very young metagamers who really do not look for intelligent open and enjoyable RP.
With the weeks that followed the incident I now know how to navigate around the server to keep the chance of being rdm'd or metagamed to a minimum and go to where the chances of having good immersive roleplay with like-minded players is greater.
I await your decision.
