Try and select autodetect ones and see what that does. And have you updated your drivers?

I updated my drivers and i still have it

I had a similar problem to this over on Fallout 4, plus problems on Arma 3.

Mine was set of an overheating problem of my GPU, which did get very hot. May be the case here, though I never got the Christmas lights on Arma.

Try upping the view distance to around 3km

possibly a graphics card thing... type alt - (numpad) to flush your graphics and that might help (takes a few seconds so don't do it mid gunfight!)

Press the - button on your numpad and The ALT button then type FLUSH
