May be the case here, though I never got the Christmas lights on Arma.

Samatlewis Where are the Eggplants? Location Kent Nov 9, 2016 #10 Try upping the view distance to around 3km possibly a graphics card thing... type alt - (numpad) to flush your graphics and that might help (takes a few seconds so don't do it mid gunfight!)
