Treasure Hunting?

Hi, Just curious is treasure hunting apparent in the game? went to 6 different wrecks and none of them worked. their wasnt any go to person to get a grid ref which sure how it used to be done. plus the fuel consumption on the game is making everything impossible to do?

Please can i be enlightened if its a waste of time.

They're disabled for now. When they do get renabled you will get a notification on the server with a map marker of a ship wreck. Theres ones that drop antiques, and other that drops old gold bars worth 10K each.
