My suggestion is that you can add an event where you could do a transport heist, a transport vehicle probably group 6 would drive the vehicle and probably would be accompanied by a couple police cruisers.
Why try to rob it: My idea is that it would transport dirty goods, it might transport a couple weapons, maybe some dirty money or drugs. (taken from the evidence locker, but not really as it is too much stuff there but that is the RP reason.
Why is it being transported: I would be transported in order to have it destroyed.
Why should it be added to the game: I believe it could be fun for cops to be on the lookout and have an interaction with gangs or a random group of people working together to take the truck.
And for the criminals, if would give them a reason to go together, maybe make an alliance to take down the truck, and get some good ''loot'' from it.
