Transfering Of Vehicle at City Hall

Brief Summary:Right now the only problem at selling a vehicle is that you will probably be scammed if you don't take any precautions you will probably Have your own body cam but what will happen if you get Killed and dumped? You have lost all your body cam footage! I suggest we make the city hall Weapon free, Ill explain in detail;

Detailed Suggestion:So right now to enter city hall you have to pass through a useless Security detector, I would suggest making a small barricade so no one can jump and not pass through barricade and from the detector inward its Weapon free or make a storage locker. It is not an easy task IRL to rob some one that kind of money before having transferred a vehicle so like this it would be a bit safer !

The Pros: Innocent citizen would be less likely to be robbed , or More likely to get their money back through a solicitor!

The Cons: Criminals will have to face their consequences 

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? Not really in my opinion

Call police beforehand or G6, solicitors too, there's RP for these situations and although gettting scammed is awful, the factions are very supportive of this issue. All you need to do is ask. I don't think this needs dev action or rules. The RP for it is very intense when it happens.

I don't really like the idea of implementing what is essentially a 'green zone' like we had on Altis as it detracts from the roleplay. I agree it would make sense not to have weapons at city hall but I think this would be better worked out in RP by having a police or G6 security presence to search people going in and out of city hall. It is really frustrating to be scammed when trying to buy a car but there are ways to avoid it in-game without needing to make OOC changes. -1

There's soooooo many ways not to get scammed, there's people around who could be meditating the deal between you (middle man) and what not... 

getting scammed is part of the game, if you ain't careful... well, that's on you.

Maybe there could be a computer you go to inside City Hall and the buyer and seller enter a trading system where each party locks in their side of the deal before the trade is confirmed.
