Description of what happened:
Was doing in kavala when I saw and hard a guy get killed, (start of video check chat box he got killed at the back of bank) few moments later he comes back Breaking NLR, I try to tell him to read the bit a paper(aka telling him hes breaking NLR, does not end well so I threw him off a road.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 6: The New Life Rule About 4 times.
