Description of what happened: went looking for some guys in a hatch back, pulled up to them, saw they had guns so went to drive away, as we already started driving away they shout get out of the car then two seconds later opened fire, killed my gang member , then as I  get out of the car witch at this point is stationary the keep shooting and execute me
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: rdm
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes went into ta on the day and tony was insistent they have only meant to shoot the tires but as video shows the car has obviously stopped and I exit the vehicle , I am killed be4 I even have chance to holster my weapon

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)    
 
 
(wasn't uploaded as I had a flood in my area and broadband is down for a week, Google search Birkenhead floods should prove this, I have had to do on my mobile because the guy is accusing me of stuff on a different report about himself)

Will admit I used the ~ key but I did not use that info to meta game it was purely because I knew something bad was about to go down and wanted their name, also person in the ts was not in the vehicle, he was in a different area and I assume he was joking , only people in the vehicle where me and evilpinkpigs and due to over wolf you can clearly see evilpinkpigs dismis this statement instantly , so it shouldn't affect the decision on this report

Didn't seem like a joke, and didn't seem it was in a different area but i cannot prove that.. this is the mentality we don't want here.

Also if something went wrong, their names would appear on the chat, so you did use ~ against the rules. 

I will wait to see if Tony has any video proof of what happened before because that would explain their side and what happened before. Do you have it aswell?

 
This happend 3 days ago wich prooves that they did not read 

Report A Player Rules

1. Reports are not up for discussion, Anyone posting in a report who is not the reporter or the person they have reported then your post will be deleted and a warning point given (Restricts you posting for 7 days)

2. You may only comment on a report about you if you have evidence that shows otherwise or if the person has failed to contact you on Teamspeak.

3. Do not lie on reports or edit videos to get people banned, this will lead to a ban against you.

4. Failure to follow the title and the template given above will lead to the report being rejected.

5. All reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the event, otherwise they will be rejected without being viewed.

They were initialized is clear we say to get out of the car and they attempted to escape i was trying to it the tires but i had a 6.5 and since the car did not stop i end up missing and my bullets went trough the car getting the driver killed once the other guys gets out of the car without saying any word such as "I surrender" or "Don't shoot" anything he did not. What happened before is that we robbed one of his gang members and left him there he must have called for support we broke our car tire and a sport car passes by us speeding when he sees us he stops and turn around at this point we all agreed they were attemping something. I think you are lieing is clear that he is talking to you and he was must lickly the dude we robbed before at the Athira garage.

Is clear to me that when you get out of the car you seek for cover and use E to attempt to fire. So you did not want to surrender.

 
Dunno but my program had been with around 10sec delay in my voice only but here we can see that we RP in everything and we told several times to leave the car, dont forget the 10sec delay.

Stop commenting on it now, im sick of getting emails about you guys, you are the type of players that piss on the rules but get away with it by putting bullshit spin on the story , im out...... and yes I have all footage, also have a map screenshot proving the guy who says don't to wasn't in the car as on the way their I click m in the video an it shows every ones position

fuck me.....ten sec delay on ya audio, that's very convenient ain't it lol even in your video you still didn't give enough time for vehicle to stop. Still shot me as soon as I got out of vehicle, I was in the physical motion of press shift and h. It's blaitently RDM !!!

 
We do not break any rule i hate guys who get around them i have had some trouble about that some days ago i wasted 6 - 8 hours of my day solving it as i was thinking the guys who have done the crap were bastards but when i had a man talk with him i realised he was a nice guy and he just did an honest mistake just for you to see i broke a rule myself in that repport and i was about to repport him and assuming my mistake as well just because he had a bad attitude and when he came to ts he was with a negative attitude as well but i realised he was pissed off and got him to calm down then we spoke and was a good talk. If you don't want me to answer to the topic why do you make it to get my name to the mud as you say? Because i break no rules and you get my name in the forum in rage then the other players see my name here and think that i'am actually breaking rules i told you that you had 24 hours to do the repport sent you the page with the rules to make a repport and you just ignored it you came here in rage and made a topi that will be ignored because it was not within 24 hours and the post just prooves we did RP and you tried to run away. You lie wich is also a rule breaking statment according to point 3. Your video shows you were initialized when your car was nearly imobilized and you proceed to speed up is clear what you guys are talking in the teamspeak i do not even want to get there but you do meta to see who we are what is the whole point of this topic just to get my name in another repport thread? You guys usually get owned by us over and over again that is why you want us ouf of the server i get that but pls stop being childish and just making random repports to get my name in the title of it. I'am getting sick of this, you are starting to piss me off everyone in PFE is a rule breaker as far as i have seen. You have lost multiple firefight outnumbering us is that what this is about get ppl to think we break rules to hate us?

 
You did not rp!!!!! You say get out of car yes, then you "accidentally kill" the driver, there was no reason to kill me at all , there was no reason to keep shooting, that is rdm!

You make a thread that is breaking a rule by not being in 24 hours just to put my name in the forums then you don't want me to argument after the admin request for me to do so...

 
Denied - not only was the report 3 days old  no it also seems like a counter/revenge report wich I will always deny. Also as Cardoso pointed out do not use the ~ key. See this as an official warning - next time you use it without good reason it will be a ban.
