Time & Date this happened: 10/19/2014 Around 7-8AM Eastern
Description of what happened: Three suspects were being pulled out of police vehicle at HQ for processing, all 3 somehow managed to be unrestrained once out of the vehicle, all 3 opened fire the first chance they got. Notice how the very first person to get out was being Moved/Escored, yet somehow he manages to get a kill. Hacks?
