Time & Date this happened: approx 3:15am 22/11/2014
Description of what happened: As you can see in the video, Tobias knocked out bloo repeatedly and then killed him in the green zone in Kavala.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Told him doing what he was doing was against the rules, he didn't seem to care.
