What I notice a lot in the NHS applications is that there are so many people responding to questions which require detail with one sentence answers. If your answer is only a few words long your application is basically already on it's way to being declined. The reason is that the NHS and Police are looking for dedicated and active members, and if your answers are brief and short you don't portray as someone who would be very active. As look at it from an NHS admin or police academy member point of view if you couldn't put time and effort into your application are you likely to put time and effort being a medic or a cop, or would you be extremely inactive and not a very dedicated?
An example of an answer which is relation to what you say to your patient when treating them:
"You'll be fine"
I've actually seen someone put that as their answer.
What you have to remember is that Altislife.co.uk is a role play driven server, and the white-listed Medics and Police officers have to be good role players or have the potential to be a good role player.
Thank you for reading and kind regards,
