I don't think the management/ Staff get enough thanks for what they do round here.

Thanks to them we have a good community. Thanks to them they keep the idiots out. Thanks to them they help us with our problems and sometimes they make everything fun. It's hard to do what they do and have a life to but they dont get enough credit for it.

I'm aware They have social lives and jobs/Kids/wifes I dunno but I want to Thanks them for everything they gave Into this community with there Hard work put into it. I have been here for a while and they still continue to do a good job keep up the good work guys

Also big thanks to the members for making me feel welcome great job everyone

Really nice to see someone saying something positive, @Charlie Pollin. Many thanks.

I'm sure a lot of people agree with you, but say nothing because they think it's not cool to voice that sort of opinion; especially when there are (or were) some really noisy, toxic, gobby, little arseholes who seem to make a living out of complaining about free things like the world owed them perfection and the moon on a stick! That kinda Thugland negativity can so easily drown out the people who are happy, or who just have 'straight up' legitimate concerns that they can voice without resorting to ad hominem attacks or Photoshopping our heads on to Nazi posters or enormous black phalluses (Yes, it happens, sadly, though we are beyond getting upset by it now - it usually just makes us laugh at their wasted creativity).

So, big up to you, @Charlie Pollin for sticking you neck out and saying nice things. Maximum respect. I hope we can continue to keep you and many others happy here for a long time to come. Rest assured, all of the volunteers who make this place work so well, sometimes in the face of substantial adversity, are doing it out of love, duty, and a desire to help other people have fun. So it's really nice when that effort finds its intended mark, and gets a little kudos back from people like you, @Charlie Pollin.

I'm sure @Charlie Pollin would have name-checked them too, if he'd known the amount of work they have been putting in recently. Both of those guys are not showboaters and don't always 'take a bow' for their efforts, so thanks for mentioning them too @Norman. I'm sure others have been missed too... but the sentiment is still the same, and massively appreciated by the whole team, I am certain.

- also in my opinion people only probley hate management because there opinions and stuff doesn't get voiced also another reason because people's friends get banned 

but I'm sorry all the have to do is follow the rules that's all you ask of us really then they moan quite stupid in my opinion

It takes time whatever there cooking I cannot wait. People are not against you unless they have been 1.6 people just annoyed that their opinion isn't getting voiced but you cannot help everyone but doesn't matter if people hate you I think your doing a great job
