To any staff how can remove content

If you are not an admin or person who can do this then its completely irrelevant to you.  

Since i am banned and wont be making a return, im busy with exams and other things and no longer have the time. I am requesting that my account(s) have their content removed from both of them (posts and topics i have made) and however i dont really mind along as the content is removed  my accounts be removed (not shure if policy on that has changed or not since i last checked)

We do not remove content or delete accounts however we can suspend access so yourself or no one else can gain access.
