Hello you all nasty people out there trying to enjoy this amazing server. 

Please let me explain one thing for you,

This is a serious RP SERVER. R.P.S.E.R.V.E.R.

When we restrain or taze a person, it doesn't give you the right to instantly start shooting the officers that is dealing with a man who broke the law, unless the person in handcuffs is actually warning us or something like that, then it's fine. But i am speaking of the moments when we have JUST restrained or tazed the person. Those moments has started happening alot lately and due to a small mistake it is classifed as "RDM" and alot of my fellow good officers are sick of it and you get an unnecessary report and you might actually find yourself banned. 

WE DONT KNOW HE'S WITH YOU. WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING.

We only know that we have a man in handcuffs who broke the law, 

After these moments we ask the person who shot us ( Due us seing it as RDM, and them as "rescuing" their friend)

and the usual response is: You tazed my friend, you have my friend, ITS MY FRIEND, that is our friend etc etc...

Please people, understand, we RP, we dont know who you are connected to or what you do or your name. We do our job and you do your things. You actually do break the server rules by instantly shooting us beacuse your trying to "save" your friend.

I have done the same mistake on both sides and it just starts a RDM report and it wastes our and our good Admins time.

Honestly, after trying to adapt our playstyle to be more RP and having a less cop-killer mentality has actually pissed me of.

We have tried various ways of actually interacting with the cops but everytime we try do so we get screw'd over.

So honestly, I'm really tired of you cops always saying this kind of stuff and when we try to fix it we just get fucked over.

Id actually like to add. if a rebel is holding your friend at gun point it means they may be in trouble therefore action "may" need to be taken. BUT a police officer isn't going to kill them if they are restrained, you will have time to think things through and to warn them, its shouldn't be a spur moment thing!

after all, police are trained and are all afraid of being caught in the wrong for RDM, and being kicked off.

Agreed with Zippey. Shooting should be last resort. Just yesterday I managed to rp out of FOUR situations where we had illegal guns, in one instance one of us even killed two people. It's not hard, just be creative. And if you are in a huge ass group, such as LA, prepare to accept some losses. If you always want your whole group to get away with everything, you might as well disband the cops.. You win some, you lose some.

Guys from what I know ageeeeees ago when I started playing here it is: If you TAZE someone you give someone the permission to shoot you / attack you. Because it's physical harm & someone can't RP out of being tazed. Dat doesn't count for restraining tho. If you restrain someone you don't harm the person & the person is not neccesary under arrest maybe you just check someones license or something. But yeah I always have been playing like that: I decide to go taze someone = I live under the risk someone shoots me in the face.

Maybe I am absolutley wrong but I asked some other people and they agreed with what I said so yeah :s

Dunno would be nice if someone of our beloved bosses would bring some #Clarification

Today in a situation in Athira, we were selling coke i sent the cops several txts warning to back away, they didn and they died but at the same time, sneaky STephanie took poor lil Clapton hostage, but still i did not shoot on her till Clapton warned her to stop, even then i shot her tyres first, the chick got style tho, in the darkest of night she escaped me with clapton intact

Anyway, point of this is, you were escorted to a SUV, that was parked down the street and around a corner from where your friend killed 2 cops for no reason,

whilst in the SUV, your friend went around the town, and shot us in the back, blowing up the car in the process, realistically, how would he know, FROM THE BACK, you were in the car to be saved, I wonder....

All in all I'm honestly getting fed up with the shoot first ask questions later.....

"I killed you because i told you to get out the chopper you were just taking off in"

I think the problem is all the money people have.. they dont need to work for it, they've got LOADS, and therefore... spend on weapons and look for trouble....

I think with the next patch there should be a roleplay of the bank going into receivership/administration, or needing a bailout from the government, and everyone having their accounts reset...... It will give people an opportunity to work their way up, force them to RP till they can afford the bigger gun. and limit the ammount from the bank, or dynamic trades on gold so when its being robbed a lot its valueless.

Two things wrong about your story;

* You did not say anything, you ran up in my back, tazed me and that was it.

I was not running towards you, I turned around and if you would've told me to put my gun down or something I would've since I was outnumbered. But no, you didn't.

* He was not in your back, that was actually someone fleeing from a hunter, the person who killed you guys was actually in front of you.

Bank needs heavy modification. I spoke with Ciaran about it before and we did make some tweaks,let's see if their effective enough.

Only when police understand the meaning "do not turn around, drop your equipment, unrestrain my friend and stand with your hands on your head and walk away or be blown away". Police have literally no respect for their lives or equipment currently, if I hold up a copper, they will still attempt to spin around and shoot me.

Locked due to cops trying to save themselves from being killed anyway...

(maybe if you (indirected) rp'd more than just taking hostage for free money, then killing because you didn't get 1.7 million for a PC we wouldn't need to try to take you down).
