In General

1. Using the garage to store then re-spawn at another garage to save driving around... or at your garage next to a processor... again teleporting and exploiting so this ends today.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Rambeau and I were simply withdrawing a HEMTT Box Truck to drive to our safehouse (N of Kavala about 1.5 KM out). We often drive there with empty HEMTT box trucks to  get the weed we have stashed in there, and then sell it. It was quiet so we decided to do so, we drove out to the safehouse and realized the HEMTT truck was already full of LSD, so naturally we decided to just go ahead and sell it, we sell it all, get robbed and killed, and then the cops revive us and we get banned. This is the truth. I was misinformed on what this teleporting exploiting was defined as and I took it as a very loose definition to where if I drive out of Kavala, and then back into it, it would be okay. We definitely thought we could go to our stash house and fill up there, and then sell it, kind of like real drug runners. As I mentioned before we were unaware of having the drugs in the Box as we withdrew it from the garage. I am sincerely sorry about this event, and would love to be unbanned. I understand now why we were banned, and would like to ask for a second chance. Cheers - Sauce!

I also store a good few millions worth of drugs in a house outside of Kavala to sell it, using a huron to fill the house and box trucks to sell the drugs, does this come under the teleporting rules?

 
@TI Ben - No, it is transported thru a legit way, IRL you could store the goods and wait for the prices to be more benefitial.

 
@Vladic Ka About 5 minutes into the restart I got a message from the police about HEMMT Boxes at the drug dealer in Kavala and they checked the drug dealer to see if drugs were sold which they confirmed were sold by TKC members  Rambeau and Sauce. Given the very short amount of time it appeared to be drug teleporting. It's a bit grey since the stash house travel can't be proven. The house and garage can be confirmed by Ciaran though.

If you could provide a video of you going to your house we could clear this up.

 
(Not trying to break a rule by being a outsider and still commenting, just trying to provide some info that might help)

I'm a former TKC member and I know for a fact that there is a house in Kavala owned by Rambeau. 
I also know that it's often used as a meet up point, delivery point, pickup point, etc etc. 
I might have some footage from my days in TKC that can prove it being used that I guess proves that Sauce story might be true, but I cannot actually prove any hard evidence of it. 

In the meantime I can only actually vouch for Sauce saying that they use the house a lot for the drugruns, since I did it with them back when I was a TKC myself. 

I hope this is of any help at all and that I havent breaken the rule as I stated first. 
 

 
I will look through my videos i have recorded, (i have many i always fail to delete.) I have none of the night of the event however, that i am sure, My headset broke and my recent videos have had no audio so i have felt videos have been pointless since then. However i will still look for videos in the past of which i have went there.

Hey Vladic Ka, One of our members have videos of us earlier that day leading to the stashhouse, as we were filling the house with drugs. We would rather PM you the video so not everyone in the Forums could see the location of our house and steal everything out of it. One of us (Rambeau or RyaanDunne or myself) will send you the video, or the link of the video privately. Although the video is not of the exact run of which were banned on, but it shows the drugs (Weed) we were intending to sell and us stocking the house full of the weed. This footage is from a member ([TKC] RyaanDunne) from earlier that day while him and Beau were making runs and stocking the house full of the weed. He logged off (i am not sure when as we are in different time zones and i was not on at the time) and a few hours later me and Beau decided to sell it and you already know the rest. The video should be sent to you soon. Thanks.

As admins we have to go with what we see and evidence provided and with everything provided it looked like you were teleporting drugs with no proof that you were not.
 

This is your first ban and it WILL count as it.
