TKC Sauce RDM (RP initiated at the start)

Description of what happened: Shot at by about 4 people then killed in my Chooper above Piers Kitchen with no RP by TKC Sauce
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: i would like to say attempted to in side chat but to no avail though they did ask for the full video that im willing to provide but it will take me a while as its close to thirty minutes from when i had shadowplay turned on but had no interaction with them until they first shoot at me at the 18 second mark in the video

Before this video started me and my gang were in a fight with his gang and after a couple of deaths on both sides that heli remained in the battle AO. I fired many warning shots at the heli an attempted to type chat to him a 3.35  but the heli was too high. As you can see at 4.15 I fired warning shots at him and when he began to leave I stopped shooting straight away but then he kept coming back. At 6.00 he had a lot of time to pull out after the shots were fired on him but he didn't even try and face away from them, he wanted to be killed just for the report. This is not RDM this is him provoking a response which he received. If he valued his life he would have left like his friends told him to, one actually said "best advice I'v ever heard". I gave the order to take down the heli, if there is a need to ban anyone here it should me that suffers it. But I still am confident in what I did because there was a gang war on and he knew the risk of flying that low and not leaving the battle AO.

"best advice I ever heard" was actually a joke, an innuendo if you will. Also might I say there was no gang war, just you guys camping the dealer for around an hour shooting anything.

show the start of what happened and you will see it was a gang war because all of my gang accept one was killed then medic revived us. and we began fighting again. So yes there was a gang war. 

And how was it a joke? Where was the funny side of it?

My defense: I logged on to the server only about 5 minutes before this situation, I spawned into Athira, and ran over (or rather drove over) to Piers Kitchen where the event took place. From what I understood, my teammates (Stee) gave you plenty warnings about you can either Land - or fly away or you will be shot. I took a firing position and waited for the call, my superiors told me to shoot and I shot. And obviously you died. Now as you show it, One of ours did ask you to exit the chopper at the 18 second mark you provided, You did not exit the chopper as we asked and from what I understand from the RP rules, if you do not do our wishes, we have the right to shoot you. Granted I shot you 5 minutes later, but you never left the area, and well quite frankly as we all know its harder than hell to hear people when there is a chopper around or when you are inside one, but nonetheless we did attempt to participate in RP by asking you to leave the Heli which you did not do. I feel as though this was not RDM and actual good roleplay. Stee asked you to exit the heli and you did not. You stayed in the area, and we took you as a threat and took you down. Simple as that.
