Description of what happened:We took gold from the bank sold it and Jay had all the money on him. He was driving a hemmt and a red hatchback was following him. Me and Michelangelo went there to stop the car. We told them to get out and Ben jumped out and killed  Michelangelo and i killed Ben. At the mean time Jay was still sitting in the truck being no threat to anyone. He got shot out of the truck by TKC Rambeau
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:I dont know which rule can it be. 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Yes me and Imstyle send him a message but no response was given

If the admin reviewing this could kindly not give me a warning point I was fully involved in the situation and Rambeau was working with us at the time.

I had been following the truck seen in this video for the 5 minutes prior to everything seen here, I had been told to stop following the truck a few minutes before this by the same person in this video who you can hear say "stop following the truck" "get out the car, you have 3 seconds" A direct threat coming from the people involved with the truck we had been following in addition to that an armed rebel disembarks from the truck which more proves the point that the truck was fully involved with what was going on.

On top of that [TI] Katie managed to lockpick one of the 4 trucks involved in this situation about 10 minutes before this and drove off and took fire from the same people in this video we had total rights within roleplay to engage on Gc a long time before this even happened with lethal force due to them firing upon our gang member I will also add without any compliance.

This was an ongoing situation and I fail to see how a 37 second long video can provide enough evidence for anyone to judge this situation that had been ongoing for up to 1 hour.

I will also add that [Gc] Ali was also quite abusive towards me on teamspeak when questioning the situations.

Denied - You threatened Ben first aiming your gun at him and then shooting him. I don't think there was time for Ben to say much. He instantly got killed. There really was not much space for roleplay.

Just seen Bens input and apparently there is more to the story anyways. I could go into detail now but I am gonna deny this report regardless.
If there needs to be / or will be an compensation between each other is completely up to you and should be dealt with on TS. Would be nice if GC Members in future not just close the conversation if they really want to solve something.
