1. Using the garage to store then re-spawn at another garage to save driving around... or at your garage next to a processor... again teleporting and exploiting so this ends today.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:

At the start of the server restart me and sauce were withdrawing a HEMTT Box Truck to drive to our safe house (N of Kavala about 1.5 KM out). We often drive there with empty HEMTT box trucks to  get the weed we have stashed in there, and then sell it. It was quiet so we decided to do so, we drove out to the safe house and realized the HEMTT truck was already full of LSD, so naturally we decided to just go ahead and sell it, After we sell it we get robbed and killed, and then the cops revive us and we get banned. I was misinformed on what this teleporting exploiting was defined as and I took it as a very loose definition to where if I drive out of Kavala, and then back into it, it would be okay. We definitely thought we could go to our stash house and fill up there, and then sell it, kind of like real drug runners. As I mentioned before we were unaware of having the drugs in the Box as we withdrew it from the garage. I am sincerely sorry about this event, and would love to be unbanned. These mistakes wont be repeated.

no i dont maybe sauce does.. we have footage of us filling the house tho and my house should still be half full.

It doesn't but this is not some thing that we do on a regular basis we merely wanted to use the truck to transport drugs from the house to the dealer. Before the restart we were using a pickup, but due to people get jarred from the tediously slow process we opted to move the last of it with the HEMTT. once we got to the house we saw the truck was full and stupidly figured as we had already drove out of town to loose any attention of us driving to the safe house, that we had drove enough that it would be ok. This was a huge error on my part being the clan leader i should of know better and should always be aware of all rules and updates to any, being said i should of been the only person banned and not sauce as after all i have last say on what happens and he was only following orders, so if there is any one to be permanently banned it should just be me. 

Unfortunately i don't have any footage because i don't constantly record i use shadowplay were i can record the last 20 mins but due to being instantly kicked and banned when i tried to record it only records from that moment on wards, think it only works as long as you are still in game.

As admins we have to go with what we see and evidence provided and with everything provided it looked like you were teleporting drugs with no proof that you were not.

As you were also banned before for a rule that wasnt quite clear I am on this rare occasion going to give you another chance however this will be your FINAL chance. Do not waste it.
