Dealing with the aftermath of an RDM incident, reported player rams into a parked police SUV and kills a CSO.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: 
We spoke briefly in game in role play and he didn't really admit to driving the vehicle and mentioned that we could report it on the "Government Website".
Attempted to locate the user in Teamspeak, and asked fellow TKC members but he was not online.

I am john snow,  As I told you at the after it happened, in role play I crashed in to the police car it was a accident, as you can see in your video I was going at high speed and I tried to turn away from the police car and hit the front of it.

Have we really got to the level where we report people who accidentally crash in to cars wow

Hitting a car by accident and not meaning to does not class as VDM.
