Hello,
No side has any video of the event and if we did have a video from my side at least things could be very different since i was playing on a gaming laptop on my vacations,a pretty horrible internet connection and not my gaming pc everything was chopped and muffled frames are pretty hard to get there i knew sooner or later it will get me in trouble.
There was no rdm 100% since my friend talked with the officer for a good 2 min he asked him if he valued his life and that he has a sniper (me) and if he didn't put his hands up the sniper would shoot him. My friend did the count down twice they were both lagging (from my side i guess) no clear message could go across. Then i stepped in and asked the same i counted to 5 got rubber bullet my screen was blurred and when it un-blurred i was on the ground the officer in front of me and i instantly emptied my clip in him. Everything happened so fast he was saying that i glitch restrains but from my perspective i wasn't restrained in the first place my character could turn aim and shoot.
After my ban I asked around friends how to glitch restrains, turns out i didn't click those buttons but they told me that sometimes the animation doesn't work and it happens that you can move and shot while restrained in one place usually when you are knocked on the ground and if you kill the officer you get unrestrained. I thought glitching restrains means it gets you unrestrained somehow with a combination of buttons. But that is what he meant glitching restrains. I was unaware of this bug/glitch.
All in all it was bad from my side I was rightfully banned and i apologize for it.For my final chance i would like to be unbanned and promise to not do it again.
