Description of what happened: [TKC] Jim Raynor approached behind me, I was told to put my hands up however he only had a hand gun. I then turned around at sprayed him with rubber bullets. I restrained and them escorted him into a roadblock I had set up on the Kavala bridge. He then glitched out of his handcuffs and shot me dead.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 1: Cheating, exploiting, hacking
Rule 5: Rest of Altis
(I'am not sure about the rule 5, I believe that it was a bit like RDM but I could be wrong)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No
  
Please post video evidence/screenshots here
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
The pictures are of the chat, I scrolled back so you could see that I did restrain him. The picture was taken around 2 minutes after the incident after I had a brief chat with CSI Fuel about it.

Hello, 

On my screen i was not restrained when i shot you. I DID NOT glitch restrains i stayed there for 2 mins trying to talk to you about it. You were lagging/desync so bad that we had to role play the scene twice . My friend that was there probably has a recording hopefully he saved it but if he doesn't  you should post a video of the scene and you can clearly see i didn't glitch. 

And why you didn't message me in side chat or team speak and write me "hey you were restrained you shot me" or something? I didn't leave the scene i was there waiting. 

I don't want to get banned for this cause i didn't glitch, even if the game glitched and it didn't show it on my screen that you restrained me you should say "you are restrained" and i would stay still even if i wasn't restrained.

You want compensation or talk to me about it msg me or talk to me in ts.
