TKC Greedy - Combat logging

Time & Date this happened: 30/12/2014  6AM GMT
 
Description of what happened:  Combat logged  after gunfight.
 
TKC Stee claimed that Greedy waited a full 2 minutes before logging out, however I'm sure the logs will show otherwise, and I highly doubt that a full 2 minutes can pass with so little text between his death and his logging out.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:  User did not return to the server (that I saw).

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)

I was there at the time and this was done at 6 in the morning and we were all half asleep. This is Greedy's second day ever playing Altis Life. Greedy was RDMed my [TI] Ben and proof will be uploaded 2moro he was not aware of the combat log rule after death. He didn't know it had an impact in the game after he died. Before he went off he just said . "I cant play anymore i'm too tired" and then he logged simple mistake to make for a noob. I can speak for him because I was there and he is my friend IRL.

He and I will make sure this does not happen again.

He was not RDM'd. he was with me, and your gang was both threatening my life, and taking my belongings. I clearly instructed Neawe(sp?) to allow me to collect my gear or get dealt with, and he ignored my demands, so a gunfight broke out

 
I'd like to have this report halted/postponed until Ben gets his video up.  I just went through my video and found there was actually a 54 second gap between his death and logging out, plenty of time for him to re spawn and call it a night. but i don't have evidence of him actually re spawning before logging out (Ben's video might have him logging out while pending revive).

Would a bit too harsh to punish him for something that isn't 100% clear-cut, and if Ben's video doesn't have him logging out while pending revive, I'd rather scrap the report altogether.

That said, Stee still has other issues we'll look through in another post.

I think I'd rather just scrap this report altogether.    Stee, if what you say is true, please take this as a chance to make sure Everyone reads the rules before playing on the server.... not after getting banned/reported.

I wont be letting him play untill I do go over the rules with him.

I appreciate Stee taking some of his time to help the reported person understand the server rules.

I'd appreciate if all members of the forums understood the forum rules, please do not post here without evidence of the reported situation.
